Non existent customer service

Being loyal to a company for so many years clearly doesnt mean much when the owner themself treats you with no care at all!Leonelda products will never hear from me again! The owner has a terrible attitude and NO people s****s! She will never take responsibility for faulty products and is always **** sure of herself! I have many friends with salons and they too will never want anything to do with Leonelda products again!
