POOR SERVICE JUST BECAUSE WE DONT KNOW OUR RIGHTS

I’ve never seen such a poor service,where old grannies get here at 6a.m but still not attended at 3:30p.m .People have been sent back since Monday not being assisted and some have chronic illnesses ,the Superior or whatever it is called she doesn’t care and she doesn’t listen to people’s complains. It’s now 15:24 but the staff says some of their team is sent to training and they are going to lunch whilst the clinic closes at 16:00 . Is it fair though that our parents are there from morning until noon not going to work just to go to the clinic?is it because we don’t know our rights and they using that to their advantage? We starting to get ****ed now and angry.. Please fix this
