Pathetic Service - Leonard's Jewellery

Currently also having major problems with Leonards. The service horrible. They never call back, always have excuses and after 4 weeks, I still do not have my ring back. I just requested a new Valuation Certificate and asked that they radium plate it again. Estimate they gave me was 2 weeks. After many calls to them I eveentually went there after 3 weeks, and they told me they poliched my ring and a diamond fell out, but that they will replace it for me for free. The young lady told me that the owner will go to the jeweller the next day and he will wait for this to be done and I will have my ring in a day or so. Today, a week later, still no ring and still lots of excuses. I am fed up with this people. After many years of using them, I will never ever go there again or refer anybody. Pathetic Pathetic!
