Pathetic service

Worst service you can get. Two weeks back, on Monday, I took a newly bought ring there. They had to make it smaller and engrave 9 hearts and 9 initials on it. The lady said it will be ready the next Monday. On that day my husband went there and were informed that the ring is finish but there was no engraving done yet. But it will be finished on Wednesday. I called them Wednesday morning only to be told that it will only be finished today, Friday. My son went there this afternoon and guess what?? Still not finished. My advice: Rather use jewelers inside Kolonnade. I believe they value their customers more.
