Leonards Jewellers ruined my Gold Chain

I took my 9ct gold chain to Leonards Jewellers in Magalieskruin, Pretoria to repair after one of the links broke in June 2020. I received it back and about one week later in broke again on the same place and I took it back again. When I received it back, I was told that they "pulled it to test it" and broke it in another 2 places. The one place where they fixed it is black and looks awful, the other place they used another colour gold/metal to repair it and it seems they melted the gold, and on the third place the link is not even sitting on the right place making my gold chain a total write-off. I went back to see the manager but he was not available so I left my number. He called and I told him that I will never be able to wear the necklace again and that I insisted that they replace my chain which I got from my children for mother's day in 2019. He refused and told me that they will not allow me back in their shop again because I showed another potential customer what they did to my chain. Please be careful. The owners of Leonards Jewellers have no idea what they doing and they do not take responsibility when they have ruined your jewellery.
