Refusal to Respond / Bad Service

I am busy purchasing a property which is being handled by Danie Meiring (Attorney from Leon Frank & Partners) and Vermont Management Services (The Seller).<br> <br> The Service from both sides are appalling as I have been struggling multiple times to get feedback from both parties. With no effect.<br> <br> The transaction has begun in October 2014 and still not close to being finished. Transfer and registration is not even in site yet as the electrical certificate hasn't even been issued.<br> <br> The struggle just won't end as the house is currently still on the market and the opportunity is still there that someone may submit a higher bid for the house and I may lose the house altogether in the end.<br> <br> It has been 6 months of bad service and not getting feedback, and at this rate it seems like it might take another 6 months before the transaction will get settled!
