i am appalled to say the least about how i have been treated, i initiated a purchasing of a property august 2014, and was assured that within 3 months i would be moving into my new home as i had to be out of where i was staying December 2014. within the space of two days i received six phone calls from Danie Meiring's office that i was to come see him regarding the handling of the transfer. he explained to me and my wife that in 3 months we would move into our new home, and then shoved an invoice infront of us so that we may pay him..... he was nice enough to give us a R1500 discount on the price, only to send us a second invoice 11months afterwards showing a balance owing of R1500 + penalties for late payment thereof!!! within the space of almost a year he hasnt given us ONE phone call to explain why we are living in a single bedroom since jan2015, i.e. me my wife and two kids. in a months time i will be celebrating a year TOTALLY WASTED!!!!!!
