Poor customer service

The service is very poor and poor communication one has to call them for updates and they keep giving empty promises or should I say lying. My bakkie was with them 12 days they said is just to drain oil and replace the filter. Today o called and will my bakkie be ready they said at 15h00,at 15h30 I call them no it will be ready tomorrow why one explains they even said the manager is out the phone just kept ringing even the lady who is assisting me is no longer there to take my call.
