Less support after payment
My frustration started only after receiving the order. Before that all the service was supportive and timely. They promised to conduct an assessment after delivery, but that didn't happened. Despite multiple follow-ups that I have received the order please advise how to proceed, there was no response.
The product came in a plain with no instructions or paperwork, I had to rely on YouTube videos to figure things out, which was stressful because the products and instructions are not exactly the same.
After a week and few days i sent the message again and they responded to advise me to follow instructions on the website and didn't say anything about the assessment they talked about before paying. After following the instructions, I took 10 units on day one and so far at night I was still having some food cravings. With the little support i got, i didn't feel confident to ask any further questions or advise.
