WORKSHOP BAD SERVICE EVER.

I have contacted BMW SA last thursday and spoke to Temoso regarding my complain with BMW Centurion (WORKSHOP) but even now i got no feedback and he promised 24-hour SLA. This dealer wants me to pay for parts replaced yet they have been unable to solve the problem diagnosed. they are telling me i should replace the engine after fitting the engine with new parts as they cannot fix my car.
