Why am I getting such poor service from Leo Haese Centurion and BMW fountain. All I want is to trade my vehicle in for the new BMW x2. I called both dealerships yesterday to enquire. I already drive a BMW 1 series and have never missed any payment whatsoever why is it now so difficult to get service from you guys. JUST SIMPLE SERVICE. I see that you generated a settlement quote yesterday morning, it is 15:00 o clock now - no phone call nothing. All I want is to get a quote for a trade in. Can a sales person not call me instead of me calling all the bmw's in Pretoria for help. Really disappointed in your service. It actually doesn't make sense because I am giving you business and not asking you to give me a car for free. come on you can do better
