Refund

Hello,<br> <br> I paid Leo Haese R24 727/84 for motor plan extension on a second car I just purchased. The motor lan couldn't be extended because the were issues with the car and Leo Haese needed the dealer to fix fix. The dealer then instructed Leo Haease to perform diagnostic and quote them for the repairs. The is a fee of R1026 owed to Leo Haese by the dealer.<br> <br> Now I have requested Leo Haese to remind my money but they holding onto it because of what is owed to them by the dealer. Please assist
