Poor service

I want to report on the poor service from Leo haese centurion. My partner owns a mini paceman which was due for 30000km service. We live in Centurion, Pretoria. My partner works in Soweto and I work in Thaba Tshwane. As mini northcliff is the nearest mini branch on the way to Soweto she tried to book there where she was told blatantly that they do not drop off in Soweto. I'm still shocked by this. So I decided to book in Centurion. I was told I fall out of their 10km radius ( by 3km) so they will drop me off only after they have dropped off all the other clients. And after they drop me off they will not pick me up, I must find my way back. When I asked for us to come up with a solution they said I must rather book at another branch. I asked to speak to the dealer principal to which I was told he doesn't see just ANYONE. Worst service ever received and the attitude of the staff, absolutely appalling. We called mini SA who told us they cannot control what happens at dealership level. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Ended up servicing in Zambesi all the way from Centurion. But as of now I still don't knowing where I will service the car the next time. One thing I know for sure its my last mini eve
