No respect to women

<p>My car was in an accident. My motor plan was suspended by mistake. My wife was referred to Prakesh Naidoo of the spot and dent specialist in lyletton an approved BMW repair centre by one of centurion managers. Pdc was disconnected when she realized and went back she was screamed at by Prakesh Naidoo after been sent by BMW to have it reconnected. Customer service manager promised to repair pdc but to date it has not been sorted out. Very disgusted with how my wife has been treated as I am out of town. She has been made empty promises that pdc will be sorted out. When she asked to speak to the principal dealer she was told by the customer service manager that he was out of the country which was not true and when she called again she was told he was busy in a meeting. She can't seem to get passed the receptionist who says oh it's you again.</p>
