My perception about BMW has completely changed
On the 8th Jan 2016, I took my car to Leo Haese BMW in Centurion to service my car. After the service, my car started making these funny noises from the engine. I contact the same BMW to alert them and was given a week's booking. 3 days later, my car broke down in the middle of the road. I had to spend money to tow it back to BMW centurion. Upon my arrival, I was made to sign that I will be liable to pay R964 for a diagnose fee. I dropped my car around 1pm, the whole day, I did not receive any message or feedback regarding my car. Around 4pm, I called to check the progress of my car since on one provided me with the feedback. I was only told that my car will only be looked at the following day. I explained that I don't have transport and I can be informed at this hour. I was transferred to the manager-Phillip. I don't even know what he said but he kept telling me that my car will be worked on the following day. I was later called that I would have to pay R17 000 to repair my car. I went in the following day to speak to Phillip about how unfair the situation was. His last words was I need to go rent a car if I don't have a car. My perception about BMW service has completely changed!
