ATTENTION BMW Customer Service TEAM Delightful Client Experience delivered by Robert Charlton-Perkins of BMW Leo Haese Centurion I trust you are well. In these days of clients complaints via social media and other “instant” platforms, I would like to pause for a moment and compliment your dealership and especially Robert Charlton-Perkins (this was my the 4th purchase of a BMW). Robert is a PROUD BMW BRAND AMBASODOR. This was the 2nd time I’ve purchased a BMW from Robert and will always treasure and remember the very 1st interaction (via telephone). His 1st questions was not about the BMW I was interested in…. no no no, to my surprise he asked questions about (me) i.e. what do I enjoy doing over week-ends or when I have free time. My response was what is important to me - quality family time, taking road trips, creating everlasting memories with my wife and 2 daughters. This included the importance of being able to effortlessly travel and transport my 4 mountain bikes (on a THULE Bicycle Rack mounted on a TBAR). No other BMW sales executive asked me these “ice breaker questions”. Robert then used the information gathered about me and what I need from the BMW I would like to purchase and for Robert to come up with a BMW solution that is tailor made, perfectly aligned to my needs and lifestyle customer driven. Robert made me feel like a real VIP and not just another (sale). The BMW 320D I bought from Robert in 2017 was delivered to my home (#giftoftime - again a treasured moment as I am sure it would have meant that Robert had to get up at 03h00 or 04h00 in the early morning to do a 1433km/15 hour trip from JHB to Durbanville. Herewith a picture going back to 3 October 2017 @ 19h27 when Robert arrived at my home with the 320D). Again in 2019 I searched for a X1 and with Robert’s guidance he found the perfect specked, low millage12200km 2018 BMW X1 SDRIVE20D XLINE A/T (F48) (from the BMW GROUP PLANT at ROSSLYN) and arranged for delivery in Stellenbosch. Again it was a delightful hassle free client experience.
