Car not serviced yet charged R1100 for car wash

<p>I recently bought an F30 bmw but first took it to Bmw in Bruma for a check and was told there was nothing wrong with the car but to take it to Dekra for technical inspection. R2300 later I was told the car is perfect but there has been cosmetic paint work done to her due to minor accident... </p> <p>I then went to Leo Haese Bmw in centurion next to the Centurion mall to book it in for a service because I work in the area. To my surprise I was told the car is still on a motor plan and I will not need to pay. All i'll have to pay is R1400 for change of ownership. Excitedly I brought it back on Monday the 26th. The awesome service flew out the window from the time I stepped up to the counter. The gentleman questioned me about where I bought the car and for how much and that the car this and that... nevertheless I went to work. At 2 pm I received an SMS stating that they have begun working in my car. I knocked off at 3 and when I arrived the same gentleman said they will not service it because it was in an accident! In fact they will revoke my motorplan until I pay R16000 for their Bmw approved technical test! I could have told him that at 7 am when I arrived!!!</p> <p>After an hour and a half of waiting for the manager who never arrived I got up and asked ok I'll rather pay for the service. The man refused saying they won't even touch the car but I have to pay R1100 for the time they have spent on her. I paid and walked out to find that they simply washed my car and parked it outside. I am so appaulled! </p> <p>This was prejudice and jealousy and a terrible experience for me.</p>
