Bad service at Leo Haese Centurion!

At Centurion Leo Haese on Lenchen Road, my mother was treated very badly by Natasha. Natasha is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and a ****** on top of that. Her attitude stinks! No client deserves to be treated that way.

Firstly she does not read her emails or have the decency to respond. She had the audacity to raise her voice to my mother, as a client, and then walk off. She literally took her cigarettes and lighter as she was being approached, just to avoid helping, but was able to help another client who walked in as she was walking out to smoke. She is a bad embassador for the BMW brand and we have put up with her bad treatment for too long.
