Bad Sale and customer service

BMW Leo Haese are the most worst dealership in the BMW network, the sales people and the Finance people are the worst.

They lie and once they get your business they are done with you, no after sales service what so ever.

I bought a BMW 320D from them reason being my old car was running out of its service plan, the sales person presented me with the BMW 320D and ensured me i will have a 5 year 100 000KM sevice plan, well she **** the service plan expires in 2021 or when i reach the 100 000KM which is in 45 000KM.

I am basically back where i was with my old car, further more the car was not pre inspected as per BMW standards, When i took delivery after i realized the spare key does not work, it was never checked, the passenger side carpet was worn out and to make it all worst i waited a month to receive my registration and number plates which lead to me receiving a fine as the permit they issued expired. when i adress this with them their response was well you could have informed us the permit expired not our problem.

Not one of the management team phoned me to explain or to apologize instead the stock controller phoned me.

Not the sales Manager or the dealer principal, I escalated the matter to BMW SA and they informed me sorry this is an issue i need to take up with the Dealership.

The Finance Manager who was extremely rude still have not provided me with any copy of my contract, till date i have no documentation what so ever.

Be warned this is the worst BMW Dealership you will do business with
