Dishonest dealership

In the month of March, Joshua called Andries who works at bmw dealership in Hatfield to offer him a lead who was a client that needed to get a new bmw as his residual was coming to an end. Andries than told Joshua" yes i can assist the client and i will pay you well for a spotter fee for referring the client". The client was than referred to Andries and a month later the client got a new BMW from Leo Haese Hatfield. Two weeks after that Joshua calls the sales person he gave the lead to, to enquire about the spotter fee and Andries asked Joshua to email bank details and copy id, which he did and said he would sort it out in a week. Another two weeks later which was now a month, still nothing was paid to Joshua. Joshua than involved Mauritz the sales manager to Andries and said he would call back and did not. Mauritz was called back the following day and he said that Joshua should sort it out with Andries as he was not part of this arrangement. Joshua than told Mauritz to take ownership as Andries reports to him and they all work for BMW and all benefited from the sale as this is a unit under Maurits stats as well. Mauritz was called again yesterday the 15 May to give him one last chance to fix this and he now says Andries works in centurion bmw and that he cant load a staff deduction as he said he would via his dealer principle. I dont believe BMW being such a big dealership is struggling to pay a minimum spotter fee of R2000 after getting a deal R500k, really with the standards you guys hold, is this really how you treat people that give you business???? really dissapointing from BMW....
