Bad and unfair treatment
I would like register my complain with regard to the unfair treatment I'm currently getting at Leo Haese BMW, Hatfield branch.

I took my car (White BMW coupe E92) to Leo Haese BMW in Hatfield on Saturday 29 November 2014 after it was showing signs of an oil leak while I was on my way to Limpopo. My car was inspected and repaired . After hardly a week of taking my car from the dealership, it showed the same oil leak signs. I took it back to the same dealership. My car was inspected again and repaired.

Within a month after the second repairs, it showed the same oil leak signs. I took it back again on 11 February 2015. This time, while they were repairing it, the Footwell module got damaged, which the dealership admits it got damaged in their premises. Now the dealership wants both myself and them, to share the costs of fixing the module. This I don't understand and strongly dispute since the module got damaged while my car was in their possession.

In light of the above, I will highly appreciate it if Leo Haese BMW can cover the full costs of repairing the Footwell module of my car.

Regards,

Gift Moima

Mobile: ***
