PATHETIC AFTER SALE ASSISTANCE AND SERVICE

We found an adverti*****t in Gumtree for a industrial mixer, with contact with Nicolan from Cater to U Wholesales (sales rep for LENZ CATERING SUPPLIES) we specified that we needed a mixer that can accommodate 25 cups of flour for a tough baking dough (not cake mixer), he then said that he has the correct type machine. We collected with payment the mixer and returned home. We had initial problems with the machine that trips the power and does not want to operate with the smallest amount of flour. After returning the machine we discussed it at the warehouse where we did not really get any after service from Nicolan. Back at home we sorted the power tripping problem just to find that the mixer cannot even handle 12 cups of flour at once. After inquiring from a different party (as we cannot get hold of Nicolan) we found that the mixer is actually a cake batter mixer. We are now sitting with a machine that we cannot use as we where **** to and misled by a sales rep that doesn't give quality service, he is only interested in making the sale.<br>
