disatisfied customer

I would like to complain about a bottle of Lentheric - Panache 90ml perfume body spray I purchased a month ago from a store in Tongaat, KZN.<br> <br> As the store has a no test policy for sprays, I only tried this spray this morning and it refuses to spray the top is tight, no perfume comes out.<br> <br> I actually had encountered this the first time and I cannot return this bottle becos I didn't keep the till slip.<br> <br> I am totally disappointed in this and also what a waste of money on something I cannot use.<br> <br> So I would like to bring this matter to your attention which I'm sure many other customers have encountered. Please ensure these bottles of perfume spray properly in future.<br> <br> I would be expecting a refund.<br> <br> The response I got from them is as follows:<br> <br> The tiny seal (not the big thick one where the product sprays out of), on the can needs to be broken which is done in a downwards, backwards motion. Once it is broken, the can should spray properly. <br> <br> Should the problem persist after trying this, kindly complete and return the attached document, along with a photo of the faulty product, in order for us to log your claim and send you replacement voucher<br> I cannot open attachment and am unhappy
