Theft by Lentes and Marcos!

<p>My wife Shaista Sader purchased a pair of sunglasses from the Lentes and Marcos store in Liberty Midlands Mall-Pietermaritzburg. She was not happy with the glasses and returned the sunglasses afterwhich she was told that the transaction will not be reversed on her credit card but transferred into her account. A few days later the money had still not been refunded and when she phoned them she was told that it takes around 7-14 days (which is appalling on its own). After 7 days when she phoned she was told the samething and more of the same on the 10th day. 15 days have now passed and still the money has not been refunded. The person we have been dealing with is an *********** man named Mmeli Ngubane who seems to have been stalling us for over half a month now. Today when we spoke he said we should wait ill Monday, which will be the 17th day. His reason for the delay is that he has been buisy- which is a shocking excuse! He refuses to give us any details of anyone we can escalate the issue to and even gave us an incorrect email address to contact him on. This is blatany theft and the public should be aware that this brand and in particular this individual cannot be trusted. We have now learnt according to Mmeli Ngubane that the store in Pietermaritzburg has closed down.</p>
