Refund lies: no refund – theft of money

Purchased two sunglasses from Lentes and Marcos at their stall in Eastgate shopping mall with confirmation that these were suitable for prescription glas. It turned out to be incorrect and returned it to the store (Mamela Mosiroe received it).

Initially they did not have enough cash to refund me and committed to do a bank transfer on the following day. This was confirmed by the owner (Manager – Tel No ********** ).

Now many days later there is no response and no money in my bank. This company deliberately and misleadingly ensured that they de*****ed me.
