Disgusting Customer service

The staff at OR Tambo International Airport gave the worst customer service i have ever experienced. The lady would not let me call head office to discuss an issue as she said i was "wasting her time". Once the call finally went through to customer service, the lady behind the counter grabbed the phone back telling the customer service agent not to take me seriously as i was just a "child". As far as i know giving good customer service does not depend on your age. I am furious to know this issue was left unresolved. I will definitely not be recommending any of your items to anyone regardless of what area your shop is based in. If you can not train your staff properly to resolve a simple problem, you do not deserve the support from anyone. Goodluck trying to stay in business with your terrible staff members.
