Delayed order being shipped

I ordered with lensmart on the 25 May 2026, my order no is C***. The have been sending from pillar to post telling me to confirm my details, name address, ID no and phone number, it's been over 3 weeks now and my order has not been shipped yet. I am been told that my ID no is incorrect, how can I sent an incorrect ID no as if I don't know mu own ID no? I am dissapointer in their service. I had to contact them to ask why is there a delay with my order to be told that lame excuse... This is not a way to treat your customers. Your service has dropped from exceptional to nonsense
