Be very careful when you order

Please be very careful when ordering your glasses from this site, if they are incorrect, they will not refund you even though they say things like "free returns" and "money back gaurantee" everywhere. I ordered my first pair of glasses and uploaded my perscription that my current glasses were made with. When I got the glasses, the perscription is completely incorrect, I cannot see with them, they are super blurry. I emailed them and was aware that I would need to cover the cost of the return but they straight out refused to let me return them because the frames were on sale. There was nothing wrong with the frames, they made the perscription wrong. When I complained, they just offered a 25% discount on another pair. No ways will I order from them again! Because they aren't South African, there is also nothing you can do to get a refund.
