Water Vendor Issues

Hi <br> <br> I stay in a flat that has one of your water meters installed in it.<br> <br> A few months ago, in June 2015 one of your vendors in Richwood got closed down, forcing all the people to now drive to Parklands, so either the Caltex on the corner of Gie and Parklands Main Rd or the Caltex on the cnr of Ravens view and Link Road. <br> <br> It is now first week into November and still nothing. This is bad service and I am not the only one in my complex to be complaining about this, but nothing seems to be happening. <br> <br> Some of us work long hours and weekends and actually don't really have much time to get out to that side to purchase a basic NEED!!!!!!<br> <br> It has now become really frustrating to have to figure out, number one when my water is going to run out since there is no warning or indication of how much water is left, also it just cuts off without even letting a trickle of water through (reminder: BASIC NEED) and number two where do I find the time to drive way out of my way in my limited amount of time to purchase water.<br> <br> Please sort this out.
