Incompetance at another level

Wish I could give no star rating. I had a removal truck booked and deposit paid. Everything for the move from Gauteng to Limpopo was confirmed. Truck should have arrived at 9:00 the morning. Turned out there was a mess with the booking and another truck (smaller, 6 ton) only arrived at 15:30 the afternoon. I was quoted for a 8 ton truck which never pitched. This truck was in a terrible state, Giving problems along the way. We had to replace the battery as the driver did not have money to do so. Our furniture was only delivered 4:00am the next morning. Damages suffered was extensive in excess of R40 000. All that Garth seems interested in is getting paid, not taking any responsibility for the inconvenience of damages suffered. Please think twice before making use of Lenox logistics/The removal guy. It might cost you more than you bargained for.
