Refund

I was supposed to sleep over at Lenox Lodge Guesthouse on the night of the Bebe Winans concert. Due to the pandemic the concert was cancelled . I spoke to Archie and asked for a refund on the 19/03/2020 and he never responded. Every time I phone him he is always busy and promises to call back. I have sent him several sms with my banking details for a refund. And still nothing. Please assist
