The nursing staff insisted I open a file up first before they looked at him, ER receptionist was rude and denied that they said that but wanted us to wait in line while he still couldn't breathe to open a file . I drove him to another ER and he was taken in immediately. Logged a complaint on their website and have heard nothing back .
