Hit and Run by a company car

I was bumped by a company car and the person that was driving didn't even bother to stop to check the damage he did to my car. The car number plate is DD 74 VZ GP. The passangers/workers were consuming alcohol in full PPE. I called the company the following day and spoke to a guy called Bobo and he promised to escalate the matter and call me back so they could fix my car. I have been waiting for a their call for over 3weeks and when I try to call in my calls aren't going through. I am very angry and frustrated because my car is damaged cause of reckless driving.
