****y poor service

I took a loan last month and I didn't receive the money and they deducted all money owing. I took another loan cause the 1st one was e wallet and my phone doesn't allow use of USSD. The 2nd loan was supposed to be paid into my bank account and nothing received as yet. No response to email, very poor communication, I have engaged NCR and Ombudsman as they need to track what is happening in that company. Everyone is complaining about them but nothing is happening, we re taken for a ride and it absolute *******
