Worst experience. Now going to Ombudsman

Ive taken a loan and selected payshap, recieved an ewallet which i cannot access. Called both lendplus numbers and they say they cant help me update my number to enable me to access the funds. Sent numerous emails everyday since september and not even got the decency with 1 response. Worst experience than any company in SA
