Worse service ever getting no support from the supposed support team

One of the worse companies to deal with when it comes to customer support they've none whatsoever. They don't consider their customers in any way and to me they're bullies who try to bully you into doing what they want you to do. Even after failing to give you the necessary support they promise to do after applying foe a loan. Their telegram service even worse it's clear from that their only focus is selling without providing the service that comes with sales. I rook out a loan last year November and their was a system error which I immediately reported to them still have my emails that I did send to support. Never got a response from them and now they think they can force me into paying late fees whereas I notified them of the mistake that occurred. I will never be bullied and that for 129 rand. I regret doing business with them worse company ever.
