Well Lendplus has been of great use to me

Well Lendplus has been of great use to me. Very efficient, effective. And I love how it's simple to use and I'm always provided with enough information to understand the processes. The application itself is very user friendly, BUT what made my experience with Lendplus a 5 star experience is the customer experience I received from one of your employees who goes by the name Brenda. I believe she is one of the customer service employees. This morning when I called her she really helped me out and was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything to me. Which helped me get the full picture and went out of her way to make i don't panic or stress. I felt very reassured and calm on the call thanks to her. Truly excellent customer service.
