Well, i haven’t had any issues with lendplus up until a little mishap today. I got charged for the same loan twice. I called in right before 9AM and got assisted by Lee-Roy who actually helped me figure this out and advised me on next steps. He was kind and even apologised for a mistake that is not his fault whatsoever. Therefore I give Lee-Roy a 10/10 for customer service. THANKS LEE-ROY !
