Very upset

So i app**** for a loan and was told it was approved i have been waiting for the money and it still has not come through i have email and asked why i was told it was ewalleted to me i must use a ussd code i have been trying that code whole day and still nothing i called them to find out they told me i have to cancel and reapply i have tried that but still nothing i have email and no response now i dnt know wat to do cause it looks like come month end they going to debt my account cause they have not cancelled this loan
