URGENT - Unauthorized insurance + Wrong amount on CURRENT loan #*** - Deducting 31 May

I currently have an ACTIVE loan with Lendplus - Loan #***. My signed contract states I must repay R4978.60 on 31 May 2026, but the app shows R5105.72 - that’s R127.12 more than I agreed to.

They also added R370.31 “Premium” insurance to this loan without my consent. Per Section 106 of the National Credit Act, I have cancelled this insurance and requested an immediate refund and adjustment of the repayment amount.

This is not my first issue. For Loan #***, the contract said R3589.85 but they deducted R3870.58 from my account. I’ve asked them to audit ALL my loans from Oct 2025 to Mar 2026 and refund all unauthorized insurance premiums.

I emailed *** on 30 April 2026 and followed up on 04 May 2026. It’s now been 5+ business days with NO RESPONSE. The deduction for Loan #*** is due on 31 May 2026 and I do NOT consent to them debiting the incorrect amount.

If this is not resolved before 31 May, I will dispute the debit with my bank and escalate to the NCR - National Credit Regulator immediately.

Reviewer Update
I still haven’t received any feedback on why the repayment amount changed from the R4978.60 in my signed agreement to R5105.72 on the app. Please explain this difference and confirm the correct amount for 31 May 2026.
