Urgent: Loan #*** – Wrong amount
Lendplus team I asked you before and I’m asking you again. My contract says I repay R4978.60 on 31 May 2026. My app shows R5105.72. Why am I paying R127.12 more than the agreement I signed? Please explain in writing. i have sent numerous emails and tried to call with no one getting back to me. I have sent the relevant documents as well as proof of what I’m talking about

18 May 2026, 08:51Hi Viwe, thank you for your comment. Kindly note that the R127.12 is your premium insurance for your loan coverage in cases such as the amount of the debt outstanding at the time of your death, retrenchment or temporary or permanent disability.

19 May 2026, 23:56In my contract the total is R4978.60. You added R370.31 “Premium” insurance already. Now you’ve added another R127.12 insurance charge that isn’t in my contract.
