Unsatisfied and Irritated Customer

I took a loan on 02 Sep and i never received the eWallet sms, i called them and the manager told me that the sms shows it didnt send it says error on their side. I did not receive the money but still showing that i owe the loan, my credit record is serverly affected, i havent received feedback since. No response on whatsapp nor support email.

TERRIBLE service, once resolved i will never use them again. what an inconvinience
