Unresolved matter

Trying to revolve a wrong debit date that they erroneously captured in July 2026 which their Consultant captured 24 th instead of the 26th pay date .I found that they add the interests and add it on the credit bureau, I tried to seek assistance by sending an email for them to investigate this matter never responded to my emails since the 07 August 2026
