Unreachable - not refunding my money

I paid R5000 towards my loan total of R9400. Even though they acknowledged receipt of the 5000 and updated the loan balance to R4400, they still deducted the full R9400 from my account. Frustrating, but salvageable. A lendplus staff member phoned me, I explained the situation and she said that she will put in a request for a refund. I haven’t received anything 3 days later. What makes it even worse is it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them. I have emailed support multiple times - no response. I have phoned only to be told at 2pm on a Wednesday that it is outside of office hours? ***. CAN SOMEONE FROM LENDPLUS PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN I CAN EXPECT MY REFUND???
