Unhappy client
I paid off their loan on the 22nd of July, but they still haven't updated my name with the beraux and that is keeping my credit score on poor. Only take a loan with them if you are really desperate.

Information is usually reported and updated on a monthly cycle, so it can take up to one month for a payment, account status, or settlement to reflect on your credit report.
