Unhappy and angry

I'm so angry with this company. I app**** for a Loan on the 11th of January 2025, it was approved and approved a debit check on the 13th of January I contacted them to advise them that the funds have not appeared in my account. No one responded and I kept going back and forth calling and emailing them but nothing. They now took R1880 from my account this is Thefth and they need to be reported. This is *****ing. I can't be paying for a loan than never reached me. Stop robbing people and return their money. You are *******
