Unfair deductions

They are truly a bunch of ****mers, In March my account was double debited, They have failed to refund me which resulted in me taking out another loan thru them which I have refused to pay back due to the inconvenience they have caused and the lack of their understanding of the situation. ESPECIALLY after I have sent their manager an e-mail with response till this day, Their consultants keep harassing me and each time I explain to their different consultants about the situation and each time they keep calling back, I have proof of payments, proof of emails sent and Proof of every form of contact and costs there of. Yesterday afternoon I recieved my salary and Lendplus has debit my account once again, I have now failed to reach any of their consultants or any response thru their support email address. I will be seeking legal action against lendplus and this is step 1
