Uncontactable and emails ignored.

I am struggling to get a settlement letter from this Company. The number I registered with is blocked and I have no other way of getting in contact with them. My emails are being ignored. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. They have caused me a lot of anguish and distress over something that should be simple to sort out. I needed this letter last week already and now I am stuck.
