*****ulent loans and debit orders

I have never heard of this company until I found they did a credit enquiry on me. Then I find they have given someone a loan with my details, and have a debicheck debit order on bank account that I never did approve. I have mailed them to cancel this, and receive no reply. They do not answer the phone number on their website, and provide no other way to contact them. This company is committing ***** under our nose, and there seems to be nothing I can do about it. Even my bank says they are helpless.

Surely Lendplus should be doing a proper vetting of identities when people apply, or even take notice that they are paying out their loans into accounts that are different from the debit order account. Or would that collapse their whole scheme?
