Took my money twice!!! No help to reverse it
I paid manually for my loan AND you deducted after I made payment. Asked to reverse your payment you took ASAP! 2 phone numbers on the website, both are robots that cannot assist. Also NO replies on any of the e-mails I sent!!

Your payment has been refunded and will reflect latest Monday by 8pm. The reason for this happening is the manual payment you made 1 day before the set debicheck. This was not enough time to stop the debicheck.
